ખીજડીયા પક્ષી અભિયારણ્ય એ બે વિભાગ માં વહેચાયેલું છે. તેમાં થી પાર્ટ 1 અને પાર્ટ 2 એમ બે ભાગ પડે છે, ત્યાં બે પ્રકાર ના જલપલાવીત વિસ્તારો છે તેથી ત્યાં બને પ્રકાર ના પક્ષીઓ જોવા મળે છે.
